Select the proper fee:

  • INDIVIDUAL PLAYER Fee = $20.00

    • Child's NAME
    Child's AGE

  • FAMILY of PLAYERS Fee = $30

    • Children's NAMES < 60 chars.
    Children's AGES < 60 chars.

  • Use VIEW CART (below) to inspect your selection, and to proceed with payment for Individual or Family fee.

    • Welcome to the  REGISTRATION PAGE. Here are the three types of registration:


    Types:

    <= On the LEFT

    ONE PLAYER:   $20 for single player.

    ANY NUMBER OF PLAYERS; all living in the same household:   $30 for family.

    On the RIGHT ==>

    A GROUP OF AFFILIATED PLAYERS, soccer club, in similar jerseys:   $120 for club.


    Procedures:

    For GROUP, please use the RIGHT sidebar. Payment by PayPal will follow.


    For ONE PLAYER, please enter to the LEFT. In the first block, their First Name & and 1st letter of Last Name, and, in the next blank, enter their Age. Press 'View Cart' to inspect, pay & checkout.

    For FAMILY in same household,  Family Name in the 1st block, followed by a short Nickname for each player, with  Ages in the second block. Press 'View Cart' to inspect accuracy, pay & checkout.
